The Move Your Body Fitness Studio offers Yoga classes once a week. A great way to gently stretch and breathe, become mindful and be in the moment. Leave all you troubles at the door and give yourself permission for this time. We all need to practice yoga. Life is too fast, too demanding, and way too overwhelming for us all. Take the time to destress, detox, relax and center yourself and your energy, bringing your mind, body, spirit connection into unity. This Yoga class is for all levels. Enjoy the warm atmosphere and small classes. Don't worry if you've never done yoga before, your instructor Anastasia will guide you step by step during the class. This class is co-ed, and has a maximum of 12 people.

The Move Your Body Fitness Studio also offers Pilates classes once a week. This class focuses on building a strong core. With Pilates this is where it all begins, then working on strength and stretching. In the class you'll work on your posture, which will help you in every day activities. This Pilates class is great for strengthening the small supportive muscles, ligaments and tendons. We use thera-bands, pilates circles, bender balls, Pilates mats, light weights, stability balls and Pilates rollers. All aspects of Pilates are taught in this class including breathing. Don't worry if you haven't ever taken a Pilates class, Anastasia will guide you step by step during the class.
This Pilates class is for all levels. Enjoy the warm atmosphere and small classes.
