When you sign up for Personal Fitness Training or Partner Training, our Chief Fitness Guru at Move Your Body Fitness - Anastasia Lykos will work to develop a customized program that uses motivation to empower you to reach your Personal Goals. Anastasia will create a goal-focused training plan for you, that will help you achieve and exceed those goals through diverse routines designed to continuously challenge you.

 

Move Your Body Fitness studio has all the equipment you'll need to make your personal training sessions successful. Check out the FACILITIES page for more info about the commercial grade exercise equipment available to use at Move Your Body Fitness studio during your personal training and or partner training sessions.

PERSONAL TRAINING FEES - One on One

Personal Training Single session          $55.00 per session

Training  once per week                         $55.00 per session

Training 2 times per week                     $50.00 per session

Training 3 times per week                     $45.00 per session

PARTNER TRAINING FEES - Train with a Partner

Partner Training Single Session            $75.00 per session

Partner Training once per week           $75.00 per session

Partner Training 2 times per week      $70.00 per session

Partner Training 3 times per week      $65.00 per session

STUDENT and SENIORS SPECIALS

$40.00 per session (no contract)  - pay as you go
