Move Your Body Fitness is a Private Upscale Studio in Oshawa that offers:
Strength & Tone workouts, Pilates, & Yoga classes as well as
One on One Customized Personal Training sessions.
NOTE about COVID 19:
All classes will have participants that have been fully vaccinated.
All equipment will be sanitized
before and after each class.
FACILITIES
Move Your Body Fitness has two separate rooms for your fitness needs. The Weight Room consists of state of the art workout and cardio equipment. The Group Class Room Studio features beautiful hardwood flooring, and floor to ceiling mirrors on one wall. It also features a full music sound system and multi-coloured lighting system to keep you motivated and moving during the workout classes. The Group Class Room Studio also features fully dimmable lighting to create just the right atmosphere for each class.
WEIGHT ROOM
The Move Your Body Fitness Weight Room consists of state of the art workout and cardio equipment including:
A Treadmill, an Eliptical, two TRX Training systems, a chest press, a leg press, a leg lift machine, free weights, kettle bells, and many more commercial grade exercise machines & weight training equipment.
The Move Your Body Fitness Weight Room is used for:
Personal Training, Partner Training & Couples training.
GROUP CLASS ROOM
The Move Your Body Fitness Group Class Room is warm and intimate, yet spacious enough for classes of nine people. This room is where all of the classes at Move your Body Fitness take place. The Group Class Room Studio features a full mirrored wall, to help guide you through the various poses and exercises. All the equipment needed for each class is provided by Move your Body Fitness Studio.
These classes include:
Gentle Yoga, Step and Sculpt, Total Body Workout, Pilates, Boot Camp Curcuit Training, Buns N' Bellies, and Kettle Bell Blast.
EQUIPMENT ROOM
The Move Your Body Fitness Equipment Room stores all the equipment used the various Move Your Body Fitness group classes.
This equipment includes:
Yoga Mats, Pilates Mats, Yoga balls, BOSU balls, Hula Hoops, Step ups and risers, Resistance Bands, Thera-bands, Pilates circles, Yoga Tune Up balls, weighted vests, Ankle weights, Bender balls, Stability balls, Kettle bells, Sliders, Pilates rollers, Mini Trampolines and much more.
All equipment for all Move Your Body Fitness Classes is provided for clients.
